I can sum up my experiences using GFI MailEssentials for Exchange/SMTP
in one sentence:
By installing GFI MailEssentials on the network I manage for about
85 people, I have instantly become a hero!
I continue to receive thanks from the people I support because
their inboxes are so much easier to manage. Once the Bayesian engine
learned our business lingo (Dental Insurance) and I was able to
turn it on, my own personal mailbox went from hundreds of emails
each morning to something usable. I really like having the ability
to allow my users to add addresses to the whitelist via the GFI
public folders.
I originally thought I would be able to use the 100 user license
but once I started counting my mailboxes I realized I would need
quite a few more than that, so I purchased the 250 user version
instead. Even that new price keeps me in the 'unbelievable' range.
I had originally considered a competitor because we are currently
using them for our anti-virus solution and they have a product that
would integrate with that solution but it would have cost more than
twice what I'll be paying for your software.
I'd like to thank you and your company for producing a very powerful
product for a very reasonable price. I will be looking at your other
products soon to see if any of them fit my company. I have no doubt
they will be quality products as well.
