FAXmaker for Exchange passes Microsoft test
London, UK, 1 July 1997 - Microsoft today informed GFI that FAXmaker for Exchange, the Fax gateway for Microsoft Exchange Server, has been awarded the ‘Designed for Microsoft BackOffice’ logo. Microsoft came to this decision after extensive testing and evaluating of FAXmaker with the different BackOffice products. The much desired logo is increasingly seen as a quality assurance of the products that carry it. GFI is therefore proud to have received this license and sees it as recognition of the high standard and reliability of its product FAXmaker for Exchange.
"FAXmaker for Exchange is an important product for Microsoft Exchange Server, " said Craig Fiebig, BackOffice Group Product Manager, Microsoft Corp. "Our goal is to provide quality and consistency aimed at building customer confidence in the BackOffice and GFI solutions. FAXmaker meets these objectives and we are pleased to see it carrying the 'Designed for Microsoft BackOffice' brand."
Exchange fax connectors seem to be increasingly in demand: "In a short period of time, FAXmaker for Exchange has become our most popular product", says Nicholas Galea, Managing Director of GFI. "FAXmaker for Exchange is one of only a few existing Exchange fax connectors and we estimate that, due to its excellent features and affordable price, it is now the most sold connector in Europe".
